How will your order arrive
Small Items:
These are sent via a small item parcel service such as DPD and Citylink.
Medium Items:
These are delivered on a pallet kerbside. You will receive a call when your items are dispatched to arrange a delivery date.
Large Items:
The large deliveries are delivered on a large pallet kerbside. The carrier will call you to arrange delivery.

General Information
Small Items:
Includes taps, shower valves, bathroom accessories and towel rails.
Medium Items:
These are delivered on a pallet. You will receive a phone call when your items are dispatched to arrange a delivery date.
Large Items:
Includes toilets and basins, baths, shower cubicles, and any other item not defined as ‘small’.
Special Order:
Items made to order.

Large and Medium Item Deliveries:

We use various Courier Companies for delivery of goods depending on the size and quanity of goods purchased. We always aim to dispatch goods within 2-5 working days (excluding Public & Bank Holidays) if the product is in stock, please email sales@jtspas.co.uk to check stock and delivery timeframes. We require customers to supply their contact telephone / Mobile numbers so that our delivery agents are able to make contact upto 24/hours in advance of delivery to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the goods ordered.

We always try to dispatch our goods as quickly as possible but cannot always guarantee delivery timescales, as we use 3rd Party Delivery Companies who do not offer a guarantee delivery date or time! All our large orders suchs as baths, pottery, shower cabins etc will be delivered to the kerbside or as close to your front door as possible. Please note the delivery driver is not insured to take goods inside your home or property and we therefore highly recommend that you can have at least two able bodied persons available to help receive your delivery and carry the goods inside your home or property. We can upon request arrange for a 2 Person delivery service however this would uncur a surcharge on standard delivery costs to most UK mainland areas.

Your order of containing 2 or more products may be dispatched separately and arrive on separate days due to some products being stored at various distribution centres throughout the UK.

If you miss a pre-arranged delivery, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge. This is at the courier’s / logistics company’s discretion. The delivery company will therefore not dispatch any orders without first booking the delivery slot in with you.

Check Your Delivery

All goods must be checked on delivery and not signed for until you are satisfied, if the packaging is ripped or damaged sign on the delivery note as Packaging Damaged and report to us immediately or within 24hrs if there are any damages to the products after careful inspect after the driver has left - claims for damaged items will not be otherwise accepted. Terms such as Unchecked or Not Checked are taken as clear acceptance of goods in good order and condition.

If you have requested for someone else other than the Purchaser to sign for the goods then you also accept that you have advised them of all of the above and that this person is OVER 18!

Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address on the date advised delivery is due as missed deliveries can lead to additional delivery charges as per our terms & conditions.

Please do not book your installer until your order has been received and goods checked to be in good condition.

Report Any Damages on Paperwork

You must inform us of any discrepancies, shortages and damages etc and ensure you write and mark on the delivery note the damages. and call or email us immediately or within 24hrs of delivery to report the delivery damages, as per our terms & conditions

Please send images of the damage also to sales@jtspas.co.uk and a brief description of the damages and if possible include order sales order number to help with the tracking of your order and any details we hold on record.
