At JT Spas, we understand that you may need to alter your bathroom installation or have new design ideas. That's why we offer you a 45 day exchange period, for your peace of mind. To qualify for your 45 day exchange guarantee, the product you wish to exchange should not have been used or installed, be in its original condition and with the original packaging from when it was first delivered.
All you need to do is to follow our few simple steps below.
Step 1: Contact our customer service team within 45 days of your delivery, by submitting a message to our Contact Us page. Please ensure that you select the query type as 'return or exchange' when submitting your inquiry, with the following information: your name, your sale's order number, your post code, product detail of the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for exchange, product details of your preferred item.
Step 2: A member of our customer service teams will contact you with the information on your newly-chosen product. This will include the availability, any price differences, delivery costs and the ways to pay for it.
Step 3: Print and complete the returns form with the unique returns reference number. This reference will be sent to you once you submitted your request to return the item to us. This unique reference number is valid for 14 days, and your items must be returned within this period.
Step 4: Pack your items securely, ensuring you include your returns form, please return it to the address provided by our customer service team. Please be aware that we do not cover return postage costs and ensure you purchase tracking and insurance on your returned item as unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or an exchange on damaged items. Goods should be returned in their original package and in a sellable condition. Exchange requests made after 14 days of delivery will be liable for a 25-50% restocking & collection and delivery costs plus administration handling.
