Please note this model does not have thermostatic water control valves we advise the installation of a pressure equalising valve to help regulate the hot and cold water pressures. (this will help if/when someone turns on the cold/hot water elsewhere)

Steam Shower FAQ
Q: Where do the electrics and water pipes connect?
A: These are connected directly behind the Aluminium Panel approx 1m up from the floor, the shower comes with 1m of flexi pipes to connect to your plumbers fixed pipes.
Q: Will this shower work with my Gravity Fed System?
A: Yes, although you will require a shower pump with a pressure of at least 1.5 Bar although we recommend you have at least 2 BAR minimum!
Q: Will this work with my Combi Boiler System?
A: Yes, most combi boiler systems provide adequate warm water pressure. You may require a pump for your cold water pressure to boost it to the same pressure as your warm water.
Q: Can I use mains pressure on the cold water feed?
A: Yes, although you will be required to use a pressure equalising valve to ensure that the hot and cold water pressures are equal. If the pressures are not equal this can cause the thermostatic valve to stop working, if the valve stops working due to non equal water the replacement valve is not covered under the terms of warranty due to the shower being installed incorrectly!
Q: Is There an aromatherapy "smelly oils" option available?
A: Our units have an aromatherapy option included as standard you can add the oils to an outlet on the steam outlet. You can enjoy all their beautiful aroma?s whilst having a relaxing steam shower and listening to your favourite music via the built-in radio.
Q: How is the shower connected to the electrics?
A: The showers electric mains can be plugged directly into a standard 13A socket OUTSIDE of the bathroom. Its advisable to connect the shower within the bathroom via a flex outlet plug fused at 13A with external double pole isolation on a IP56 connection. This will require removal of the factory fitted plug and qualified electrician should be employed. Removing fitted plug will NOT invalidate the warranty at all!
Q: I have a pump on my gravity fed system but it pulses so water comes out in
spurts. Why?
A: This could be a few things, if just installed you have the wrong pump or it could
be correct but in wrong position. If it pulses with a shower the chances are, it
will be on the hand shower application more than others. You need to consult
shower pump makers regards this offering the requirements we have stated
required for your product. If you have had this installed sometime and been fine,
the chances are lime scale has blocked the valve filters fitted in the back of the
shower valve block. Unscrew you hoses hot and cold and with a torch check inside
you will see filters, remove these check and replace if required. Also check
hoses, as we have seen these blocked before in a very short space of time. Our
showers operate high pressure and calcium build up is faster than with older
systems. Think hard about a water softener it will answer future problems and
keep you covered by warranty because remember calcium damage is not covered.
Q: I have a bath and shower where water only dribbles out, my old bath worked
great before and our tank supplied it fine.
A: You need a pump, increasingly more and more appliances operate on hi pressure
systems and tank fed hot water is on the way out as it is very inefficient.
Without changing your boiler this is a good investment. Tell your plumber you
need a twin impeller hot/cold feed pump.
Whirlpool Jet and Plumbing Maintenance
Before performing the whirlpool system cleaning process make sure that all of
the jets are closed tightly so there is no air induction.
Fill the tub with hot water until the water level is just above the highest jet. Be
careful not to start the whirlpool before the water has reached the appropriate
level. Running a whirlpool without water can damage the pump seals which will
lead to leaking or failure. Once the whirlpool tub is full, add cleaning product
( We sell the products you need!) and let the whirlpool run for 10-15 minutes
with the air controls fully open. After this, drain the tub completely and refill the
tub with cold water. Run the whirlpool for 5-10 minutes to rinse the system. Dry
completely afterwards and your whirlpool will be clean for another two weeks
to a month depending on the amount of usage.
*Please note that due to manufacturer improvements slight differencescan occur when compared to images used such as control panel but allfeatures are generally the same and are normally improved upon as aresult in changes.

Large and Medium Item Deliveries: |

We use various Courier Companies for delivery of goods depending on the size and quanity of goods purchased. We always aim to dispatch goods within 2-5 working days (excluding Public & Bank Holidays) if the product is in stock, on occassions delivery can take upto 10 working days (excluding Public & Bank Holidays) please email sales@jtspas.com to check stock and delivery timeframes. We require customers to supply their contact telephone / Mobile numbers so that our delivery agents are able to make contact upto 24/48 hours in advance of delivery to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the goods ordered.
We always try to dispatch our goods as quickly as possible but cannot always guarantee delivery timescales, as we use 3rd Party Delivery Companies who do not offer a guarantee delivery date or time!
All our large orders suchs as baths, pottery, shower cabins etc will be delivered to the kerbside or as close to your front door as possible. Please note the delivery driver is not insured to take goods inside your home or property and we therefore highly recommend that you can have at least two able bodied persons available to help receive your delivery and carry the goods inside your home or property. We can upon request arrange for a 2 Person delivery service however this would uncur a surcharge on standard delivery costs to most UK mainland areas.
Your order of containing 2 or more products may be dispatched separately and arrive on separate days due to some products being stored at various distribution centres throughout the UK.
If you miss a pre-arranged delivery, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge. This is at the courier’s / logistics company’s discretion. The delivery company will therefore not dispatch any orders without first booking the delivery slot in with you.

Check Your Delivery
All goods must be checked on delivery and not signed for until you are satisfied. If in doubt please sign as damaged and report to us within 24 hours - claims for damaged items will not be otherwise accepted. Terms such as Unchecked or Not Checked are taken as clear acceptance of goods in good order and condition.
If you have requested for someone else other than the Purchaser to sign for the goods then you also accept that you have advised them of all of the above and that this person is OVER 18!
Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address on the date advised delivery is due as missed deliveries can lead to additional delivery charges as per our terms & conditions.
Please do not book your installer until your order has been received and goods checked to be in good condition.
