Each Coram shower pod comes complete with a shower door, available in a choice of finishes, together with a choice of high performance thermostatic mixer showers. The overlapping construction of the shower pod, together with the waterguard around the shower door provide a performance that is so unbeatable and reliable we offer a watertight guarantee.

NB: Please note that the coram shower pod will have a white frame finish, not the silver finish as shown in the main image unless you choose to upgrade, for a small additional cost.

All Coram shower pods are manufactured to order to your bespoke requirements with manufacturing lead times being between 5 - 10 working days. Unfortunately as Coram shower pods are bespoke to your order the lead times cannot be any earlier.

Installation:


The walls and base of the shower pod are supplied in two sturdy cartons, which can easily be manoeuvred on site up stairwells and through doorways to the exact location. The pod is robustly constructed from GRP (glass reinforced polymer) and can be fitted by one man in the simple stages shown below.

Position and fit the fixing batons to the wall.		The back panel can then be slotted into position and secured with a single screw.

Locate, level and fix the base.	Slot the side panels to the base and fix to the back wall batons, using the spacer provided to ensure that the correct gap is left for the back panel.	The front edges of the side panels can then be secured to the side wall batons and the fixing screws will be concealed by the door frame.

With all shower pods you have the choice of two top quality thermostatic mixer showers, a surface mounted bar mixer or a built-in concentric control mixer.
Both feature separate flow and temperature controls and are suitable for both low and high pressure water systems from 0.1bar – 5bar.

Fitting the mixer

Bar mixer valve - unique easy-fit system

A special mounting plate is factory fitted to the pod wall, which means that on site you simply need to connect the
mixer to the hot and cold feeds with the valve nuts. On the reverse of the mounting plate flexible pipes hang down the back of the unit and these can be accessed via the removable panel at the front of the base to allow easy attachment to the piped supplies with the push-fit connectors provided. The rest of the shower fittings are then simply screw fixed.

Built-in valve

The built-in valve is factory fitted, which means that on site you simply need to connect the mixer to the hot and cold feeds on the reverse of the valve and connect the showerhose via the bulkhead. The rest of the shower
fittings are then simply screw fixed.

Anti-ligature sprayhead

For special commercial application an anti-ligature fixed sprayhead is also available.


A unique mounting plate is factory fitted to the pod wall.	The mixer simply connects to the hot and cold feeds with the valve nuts.	Flexible pipes hang down the back of the unit.	The pipes are accessed via the removable panel at the front of the base, allowing easy attachment to the piped supplies with the push-fit connectors provided.

Coram’s shower doors have been designed to be faster and easier to fit than any other on the market, which is why Coram have become a leading provider of shower enclosures to trade installers. Each shower door is supplied fully assembled, so that on site all that is required is to fit the handle and then install it using the wall channels as shown below.

When fitting the shower door the first thing is to position the wall channels and drill the screw holes.	The door is finally secured by drilling through the wall channels into the door frame and fixing with screws.	The wall channels are then slotted onto the door and screw fixed to the wall.

	Small items: The parcel courier will text your mobile phone giving you a 1 hour delivery slot.		Medium items: These are delivered on a pallet kerbside. You will receive a call when your items are dispatched to arrange a delivery date.		Large items: The large deliveries are delivered on a large pallet kerbside. The carrier will call you to arrange delivery.

Large and Medium Item Deliveries:

We use various Courier Companies for delivery of goods depending on the size and quanity of goods purchased. We always aim to dispatch goods within 2-5 working days (excluding Public & Bank Holidays) if the product is in stock, on occassions delivery can take upto 10 working days (excluding Public & Bank Holidays) please email sales@jtspas.com to check stock and delivery timeframes. We require customers to supply their contact telephone / Mobile numbers so that our delivery agents are able to make contact upto 24/48 hours in advance of delivery to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the goods ordered.

We always try to dispatch our goods as quickly as possible but cannot always guarantee delivery timescales, as we use 3rd Party Delivery Companies who do not offer a guarantee delivery date or time!

All our large orders suchs as baths, pottery, shower cabins etc will be delivered to the kerbside or as close to your front door as possible. Please note the delivery driver is not insured to take goods inside your home or property and we therefore highly recommend that you can have at least two able bodied persons available to help receive your delivery and carry the goods inside your home or property. We can upon request arrange for a 2 Person delivery service however this would uncur a surcharge on standard delivery costs to most UK mainland areas.

Your order of containing 2 or more products may be dispatched separately and arrive on separate days due to some products being stored at various distribution centres throughout the UK.

If you miss a pre-arranged delivery, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge. This is at the courier’s / logistics company’s discretion. The delivery company will therefore not dispatch any orders without first booking the delivery slot in with you.

Check Your Delivery

All goods must be checked on delivery and not signed for until you are satisfied. If in doubt please sign as damaged and report to us within 24 hours - claims for damaged items will not be otherwise accepted. Terms such as Unchecked or Not Checked are taken as clear acceptance of goods in good order and condition.

If you have requested for someone else other than the Purchaser to sign for the goods then you also accept that you have advised them of all of the above and that this person is OVER 18!

Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address on the date advised delivery is due as missed deliveries can lead to additional delivery charges as per our terms & conditions.

Please do not book your installer until your order has been received and goods checked to be in good condition.
